Is there a way to see if I've done a WQ or not when I start working on the remaining 74. I have logged in a couple of times on different days to check my quests, there are a bunch in Pandaria that say I have not completed, but I know I have. Just wondering what to do.

If you look at your achievements while on the character in question, you may see dungeons and quests done because of the removal of individual character achievements, but if you hover over the plaque on the right of the achievement, you may see "Completed by not completed by ". That will tell you whethe this character did the levelling content.

You can list all the quests you haven't done in different areas. Given you have to upload quite a few times if you have a short memory span. I didn't use any addons, but guess it would've made it easier for me. Additionally if the quest is a daily quest, it keeps a running total of how many times you've done the quest along with the most recent completion date.
